In order to streamline support requests and better serve you as faculty or even corporate members of staff, we utilize a support ticket system. Every support request is assigned a unique ticket number which you can use to track the progress and responses online. 

To make a ticket, please select the "Open a New Ticket Button"

The categories of support (accessible under help topics when creating a ticket) are as follows:

  • A General Inquiry
  • Classroom Installation Requests (For Audio/Visual Matters)
  • Instructional Design
  • Instructional Technology (re Canvas, ZOOM, Mediasite)
  • Professional Development Training Requests
  • Technical Assistance Support

Lastly, do note, for your reference we provide complete archives and history of all your support requests. A valid email address is required to submit a ticket.
