At UTT there is a category of classrooms that are used to transform the traditional face-to-face learning environment. Such classrooms are known as technology-enhanced classrooms. They can facilitate a web-enhanced delivery mode, or go as far as experiencing a hybrid-online experience (in-classroom participants alongside remote participants). Delve into the tutorials below if you are expected to teach in any of the technology-enhanced classrooms in UTT, and require the requisite knowledge to operate the in-room equipment, or you need guidance on adjusting your pedagogical approaches based on the in-room technologies.

Good day:
These series of videos are very informative and comes at a very appropriate time. It was only today we were discussing some issues/challenges relating to blended/fully-online delivery of material and/or having to deliver simultaneously to students face-to-face and online. I already see where some challenges faced by instructors can be overcome.
Really will like to see this go forward and become well established at all campuses, or at least where required.
One additional option I will eventually like to see become available is to project onto a whiteboard which is not highly reflective to produce glare. At times, I project either slides or simulated content which I can then superimpose my own writing to further clarify concepts required by students, have students come up and participate, etc..
Great effort, work and vision by you all and much appreciated.
Mr. Khan, we truly appreciate your feedback. As was indicated at the end one of the episodes of Conversations with TLIS (The Relaunch of TLIS’ Workshop Schedule),
), as more resources are acquired, TLIS will certainly strive to roll out more technology enhanced classrooms, within and across UTT’s campuses. Regarding your thoughts on projecting on whiteboards in a pseudo-annotating amnner, feel free to have a conversation with Lisle Waldron (Manager, Multimedia and Audio-Visual), and see where it leads. An appropriate solution might be achieved as a result. Do have a productive and fruitful semester.
Cheers
